Pocono Workshop 2026

Pocono Workshop brings pipers and snare, tenor and bass drummers together for a weekend of instruction, live music and friendship from November 20–22, 2026, at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel, 480 N Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.

Players of all experience levels are welcome, from those developing their first clean embellishments to musicians preparing for competition. Classes cover technique, musical development and practical skills for individual players and drum corps.

Weekend programme

• Friday, November 20: Check-in from 6–8 p.m.; instructor recital from 8–10 p.m.
• Saturday, November 21: Check-in from 8–9 a.m.; classes from 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with lunch at noon; ceilidh from 8 p.m.–midnight.
• Sunday, November 22: Classes from 9 a.m.–noon, with the weekend wrap-up at 11:50 a.m.

Registered students receive Saturday lunch and a complimentary ticket to the Friday instructor recital. Additional recital tickets are $10 at the door. Detailed class guides will follow the instructor schedule; consult the official website for updates.
