Festival background
With roots in the Edinburgh Folk Festival, Tradfest was launched by Traditional Arts and Culture Scotland (TRACS) in 2013. The Soundhouse Organisation began programming a concert series for the festival in 2015 and now presents Edinburgh Tradfest as a Soundhouse festival.
